Mr. Revuelta is a lawyer and holds an Master in Business Management. He has extensive experience in European projects, especially in the areas of innovation, entrepreneurship and energy. Among his major achievements, he has implemented the StartUp Europe Awards (a European initiative aimed at rewarding young entrepreneurs). He also has experience in the field of economic and regulatory analysis, new business models and communication and outreach. He has been involved in the process of drafting and implementing more than 30 LIFE projects that have been approved by the European Commission.
JOSÉ MANUEL REQUENA
Head of Interreg and Regional Policy at the Finnova Foundation
Mr. Requena holds a PhD in Art History from the University of Seville and a degree in Geography and History from the University of Seville; he has a Master's degree in European Politics from the Free University of Brussels and a Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention. He also holds a degree in Pedagogy from the University of Seville. At Finnova, he works as a European project manager and is a delegate in the Andalusia office. He also monitors Interreg projects and supervises the actions carried out through the Interreg programme. He is a specialist in the LIFE Programme, as he has worked as a technical manager of European projects for different Spanish public and private companies.
JUAN VIESCA
Head of European Funds at the Finnova Foundation
Mr. Viesca is a naval engineer. He is currently Director of European Funds at Finnova. He works for further networking, innovation and seeks financial support for innovative start-ups, small and medium-sized enterprises, associations, networks and public and private organisations. It has a huge experience in training schemes and EU programmes, especially in the field of environment (Culture, Erasmus, Erasmus Entrepreneurs, etc.). In the culture and education sector, he has worked for the European Commission, in the Directorate-General for Education, Youth, Sport and Culture (formerly Directorate-General for Education and Culture), for a number of years, in charge of European projects related to training. He is also a specialist in the drafting and preparation of European projects.
ADRIÁN NOHEDA
Head of Entrepreneurship and Firefighting Open Innovation Lab - CILIFO at the Finnova Foundation.
Mr. Noheda has a degree in Environmental Sciences (2010) and a Master in Environmental Pollution and Toxicology from the University of Valencia (2012). He has experience in different environmental areas and is specialised in the technical management part of LIFE projects. He is currently working in Finnova Spain as environmental project manager, for LIFE, H2020 and Interreg programmes. Previously, he worked in waste management companies and carried out environmental education projects, campaigns and awareness raising.
LOLA BORDÁS
Head of Marketing and Communication at the Finnova Foundation
Ms. Bordás holds a degree in Advertising and Public Relations and a Master in Business and Marketing Management, a Postgraduate in Community Management and Branded Content and a Postgraduate in Inbound Marketing. Lola has more than 10 years of experience in marketing and communication in different companies and is currently developing the marketing area at Finnova, working closely with the European projects department. She has also participated as a pioneer for Climate-Kic and supports women entrepreneurs through an association called Fundadoras.
ALBERTO NAVARRO
Head of Youth and Employment at Finnova Foundation
Mr. Navarro holds a degree in Pedagogy and a Master's degree in Legislation, Administration and Management of Educational Centres from the University of Valencia. During his university studies, he gained professional experience in Belgium, where he worked in schools and universities. With a strong interest in entrepreneurship education, Alberto is responsible for Finnova's education and youth programmes. In addition, he works for the rest of the team to find related funding projects.
MARILÓ ATIENZA
Head of the Finance Department at the Finnova Foundation
Ms. Atienza holds a degree in Business Administration and Management, a degree in Market Research and Techniques from the University of Valencia and a Master's Degree in Professional People Management from Inede Business School in Valencia. She worked for 13 years for PricewaterhooseCoopers, the world's leading professional services company, in the Consulting Division, participating in projects for the main public and private entities in Spain and the Valencian Community. Currently, he works at Finnova as Head of Audit and Finance.
CARLA GARCÍA
Manager of European Projects at the Finnova Foundation
Ms. García has a degree in Sociology, a master's degree in International Business and specific training in entrepreneurship, employment, innovation and equality. She has extensive experience in European programs and project management. She has worked as a technician for European projects, providing technical assistance to public and private entities in attracting financing and managing European projects. Currently, she is part of the Finnova European Projects team.
CONSUELO CÁCERES
Head of Quality at the Finnova Foundation
Ms. Cáceres is a computer engineer, specialist in organisational information systems, with experience in project management and information technologies in the tourism, mining, financial, telecommunications and health sectors. She has also worked with startups for public and private fundraising and internationalisation in LATAM, as well as the use of agile management methodologies. She currently works as Quality Manager at the Finnova Foundation.

VIVIANA LATTANZI
Volunteer for the project CILIFO | Interreg Volunteer Youth Programme
Graduated in Economics from the University of Tuscia in Viterbo and with a professional master's degree in Projects and Fundos Europeus from the Triulza Foundation. She is currently enrolled in a degree course in Local and Global Development at the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna.
She has acquired experience in international and European cooperation; in Brazil through the Universal Civil Service and in Lisbon through the European Solidarity Corps in the field of education in contexts of social marginalization. She is a volunteer in the Interreg Volunteer Youth program in the Andalusia office of the Finnova Foundation for the Interreg CILIFO project.
CHIARA DAMIANA LEOPIZZI
Volunteer for the project CILIFO | Interreg Volunteer Youth Programme
Graduated in Modern Languages at the Università Ca'Foscari Venezia and in Area and Global Studies for International Cooperation at the Università degli Studi di Torino, she has focused her research on the social dimension of climate change and post-colonial studies in Latin America. She has carried out her academic internship at the Mercosur Social Institute in Asunción as a social researcher and is currently a volunteer for the Interreg Volunteer Youth programme at the Andalusia office of the Finnova Foundation.
FLAVIA GORGULHO
Volunteer for the project CILIFO | Interreg Volunteer Youth Programme
Graduated in Asian Studies and holds a Master's degree in Development and International Cooperation from the University of Lisbon, Portugal. She participated in several international and Portuguese multicultural courses and congresses, with special focus on sustainable development, development projects, gender equality, green marketing and social integration. As a volunteer she participates in the organisation of cultural events and social integration of migrants. She has experience in education, commerce and social integration, and was also a freelance translator for English and Portuguese. Currently, she is a volunteer in the Interreg Volunteer Youth programme in the Andalusian offices of the Finnova Foundation for the Interreg CILIFO project.
ANA PIÑERO DOMÍNGUEZ

Graduated in Law and with a Master's degree in Development Cooperation and Public and NGO Management from the University of Granada, she has complemented her training with courses on project formulation, digital marketing and social issues, such as gender or migration. With experience in the third sector, she has held various positions in NGOs both in Spain and abroad. Graduate in Translation from the Faculty of Arts of the University of Lisbon, he has participated in several volunteer projects through the Check-In Association in Lisbon. Ms. Marín has a degree in Journalism and a Master in International and European Union Studies. Yolanda has acquired a good level of knowledge, versatility and experience in Communication and EU issues, especially in the field of European projects. In addition, she worked as a project technician at the Finnova Foundation, where she participated in the Interreg, Innowwide, EIC Accelerator and LIFE project calls.
ANTONIO LUÍS MORENO
European Projects Officer at the Finnova Foundation
Mr. Moreno holds a degree in History from the University of Seville; a Master in International Relations from the International University of Andalusia and Pablo de Olavide University; an Expert Degree in International Cooperation for Development from Pablo de Olavide University; and a PhD in Legal and Political Sciences from Pablo de Olavide University. He has been trained at the European Documentation Centre and Europe Direct in Seville and has worked as a project technician at the Finnova Foundation developing his tasks in the framework of the 0753_CILIFO_5_E project.
